A 58-year-old woman was found dead in her apartment in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens Saturday.
News 12 is told police responded to a 911 call of a wellness check at 7 a.m. at 260 Lenox Rd.
That's where they say they found Kyimar Thein unconscious and unresponsive.
According to reports, she was found in the closet wrapped in a bed sheet.
Thein was a mother and a nurse who worked at SUNY Downstate Medical Center.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of the death.
No arrests have been made.
The investigation is ongoing.
