The walkway from the Connecticut Audubon Society to the beach in Milford is back open after a deadly incident earlier this month.
Damaged wooden planks have been replaced after a man drove his car onto them, causing the car to go up in flames.
As News 12 Connecticut reported, Milford fire officials say 72-year-old Richard Weir was killed in the accident.
