Bridgeport police say a man is facing charges today for allegedly raping a neighbor after returning her lost dog.
Police say the dog escaped from the teen's home, and 30-year-old Robert Rivera returned it, but he entered her home and sexually assaulted the victim.
Police say Rivera denied the rape, but DNA evidence has linked him to the crime.
