Police on Thursday arrested a Crown Heights rapper in connection with the deadly T.I. concert shooting.

Police say 30-year-old Roland Collins, also known as Troy Ave, was arrested on charged of weapons possession and attempted murder. More charges are possible, they added.

The shooting happened around 10 p.m. Wednesday in a third-floor green room at Irving Plaza, near Manhattan's Union Square. It was not immediately known who had access to that area.

Police say 33-year-old Ronald McPhatter, of Brooklyn, was shot in the stomach. He was taken to a hospital, where he died a short time later. A 34-year-old man was shot in the chest and was listed in critical condition. A 26-year-old woman and Troy Ave were both shot in the leg. 

Multiple sources say Troy Ave shot himself in the leg.

According to investigators, the crews of opening acts Uncle Murda and Maino, who have a longstanding dispute, began to fight before shots were fired.
