Deliberations enter 4th day in Cheshire death penalty trial
Jurors will be back in the courtroom today as they continue to deliberate for a fourth day on the fate of the second man convicted in the deadly Cheshire home invasion.
The jury must decide if Joshua Komisarjevsky should receive the death penalty or life in prison for the murders of a mother and her two daughters in 2007.
Defense attorneys argue Komisarjevsky should not be put to death because he was sexually abused as a child and didn't get the proper psychological treatment.
