LH Transformations in Throgs Neck has come in at number 2 in News 12's Fitness Face-off Challenge.

LH Transformations is all about group training, according to founder Larry Hamilton.

"In a group setting it is proven that when you are working out with somebody that accountability is going to push you, that accountability partner is going to set you on the pace you need to be at," says Hamilton.

Hamilton says he pushes all of his clients to meet their greatest potential, including Maria Fattizzi who is turning 71 in May.

"He is the best. There is no other," says Fattizzi. "Every single class that he gives is different, you never get bored no matter what."

Hamilton says this close-knit fitness group goes above and beyond just the gym.

"This community is so embedded into their fitness journey that they become best friends they actually hang out in the community," says Hamilton.
