Michael Skakel suing Nancy Grace
Convicted killer Michael Skakel is filing a defamation lawsuit against CNN television host Nancy Grace.
The lawsuit filed yesterday in Stamford Superior Court claims Grace made false statements on her show about DNA evidence in the 1975 murder case.
Skakel's lawyer insists there was no DNA linking Michael Skakel to the crime.
