A Bridgeport man is facing a number of charges after police say he was selling high-powered weapons in Bridgeport.
State police say they witnessed 29-year-old William Hooks selling an assault rifle. They say they then found two more weapons, drugs and cash inside a house on Hanover Street.
Officials say they traced one of the guns to South Carolina, where it was reported stolen in 2012.
Hooks was arraigned Tuesday at Bridgeport Superior Court.
