The St. Leo's carnival kicked off in Stamford Thursday.
The fair is in it’s 39th year and features rides, games, raffles, live music and food. Organizers say you could eat something different every night.
An assortment of pizza fritta, steamed clams and mussels, and grilled sausages are some of the fan favorites.
The fair will run through Saturday on the parish grounds off Roxbury Road.
