State police say two men from Stamford have been charged with firing shots from their car on I-95.
Police arrested Anta Tummings, 26, and Horace Wright, 31, yesterday morning.
They say the suspects were traveling northbound on I-95 by exit 10 where the incident was reported.
Stamford police say they pulled the men over and then found a gun inside the car.
