2 arrested in Bridgeport home invasion

Two men have been arrested for a home invasion in Bridgeport, police say. Authorities say the men attempted to break into a home on Ogden Street, had a scuffle with the victim and fled the scene.

Two men have been arrested for a home invasion in Bridgeport, police say.
Authorities say the men attempted to break into a home on Ogden Street, had a scuffle with the victim and fled the scene.
Before the two drove away, the victim slashed the passenger­-side tires of their vehicle, forcing the alleged home invaders to seek help from a local garage. They drove to Boston Tire on Boston Avenue, where one of the suspects was eventually arrested.
The other suspect was arrested at a nearby Dunkin' Donuts.
Both suspects are are being held at the Bridgeport Police Department. They say their investigation into the home invasion is ongoing.
