Disabled girl gets chance to meet Justin Bieber, then he cancels tour
<p>A Bridgeport girl with a neurological disease was hooked up with the chance to see Justin Bieber, her favorite artist, next month thanks in part to her school nurse -- but an announcement on the singer's website Monday says that his tour is canceled.</p>
