Police say a man has been arrested for committing two hate crimes in recent months.
They say Richard Taylor, 28, punched and choked a 23-year-old woman while onboard a Q train as it was approaching the Utica Avenue Station in August.
Last month, Taylor made hateful comments toward an MTA bus driver on the B46, then threatened to cut her with an unknown item.
Taylor is facing multiple hate crime and harassment charges.
