Alex Jones agreed to a deal that will liquidate his assets to help pay off a judgment against several families of Sandy Hook shooting victims, according to CNN.

He agreed Thursday to the deal that will see his ownership stake in his Infowars company sold.

Jones owes more than $ 1.5 billion to the families for calling the Sandy Hook school shootings a hoax. In 2022, juries in Connecticut and Texas found him liable for defamation and emotional distress.
