Police say troopers responded to the death on Wood Creek Road at 10:30 a.m.
State police believe the incident may be a suicide but are continuing to investigate.
Route 132 between Munger Lane and Wood Creek Road was closed for several hours due to police activity but has reopened.
The scene has also been cleared.
