The man accused of kidnapping a 4-year-old child from a Patchogue laundromat has been rearrested by ICE.
Officials say Carlos Corte-Corte is in the country illegally and will be deported.
The 38-year-old was arrested and released by Suffolk police last month.
Laundry King shared video with News 12 depicting the incident when it happened. Police say Corte led a child out of the back door.
The girl was later found at a nearby library.
