A Brooklyn man is suing the city and the NYPD for $100 million after a video showing his violent and wrongful arrest went viral.

Cell phone shows two officers punching and kicking Timothy Brown repeatedly inside a liquor store in Boerum Hill.

After the video emerged, police confirmed they had detained the wrong person.

Both officers and sergeant were put on modified duty and other members of the narcotics unit involved were transferred.

At this time, the NYPD is declining to comment on the pending litigation.
