A Norwalk man was arrested on a family violence arrest warrant.

Bryan Andrade-Espinosa, 23, is being charged voyeurism with malice and harassment by electronic means.

Andrade-Espinosa is accused of sending explicit photos of the victim without the victim’s consent.

The investigation began on May 18 after the victim reported ongoing harassment from Andrade-Espinosa.

The victim says Andrade-Espinosa sent intimate photos of her that she was unaware had even been taken.

Andrade-Espinosa is being held on a $50,000 bond and was due in court Friday.
