WHAT TO KNOW
Three of the last four days have seen rainy weather. The weekend won't be perfect but it also doesn't look like it will be raining for the weekend. Or at least 90% of the weekend. There is a chance some wet weather tries to materialize very late on Sunday.
The newer weather guidance as of Friday evening is suggesting the approach of the showers on Sunday has slowed, which would mean most of Sunday will be rain free. Sunday night after 9 p.m. will see the possibility that showers begin to show up.
FORECAST
SATURDAY: Clouds and sun, sun and clouds. Temperatures will be seasonable in the low 80s. The humidity, howeve,r will make it feel much warmer.
SUNDAY: Cloudy, with moments of sunshine. It still feels very summer-like. Humidity will be on the higher side. There is just the slightest chance for some scattered showers, but I don't think you really have to plan outdoor activities around it.
Monday and early next week looks unsettled once again. Another upper-level system, which will be slow to budge, will circulate rounds of storms through the area. As of Friday evening, the forecast does not call for the rain to be as bad as the last few days, but the News 12 Storm Watch Team will need to keep an eye on this evolving situation.
