Look for a much more comfortable and drier feel overnight as temperatures drop down into the upper 50s and lower 60s.
Patchy fog is likely, especially in spots that picked up a lot of rain. Rainfall totals over the last 24 hours range from about 1 to more than 4 inches. Winds will switch around to the northwest for early Tuesday.
Enjoy the lower humidity and sunshine because starting Wednesday, clouds, humidity and rain will all gradually return. It gets really humid again starting Thursday on into the weekend. There is also a risk of a few showers or storms popping up almost every day.
Thursday and Friday will feel more like the upper 90s as the heat and humidity start to build again.
