The good news is that the weekend is shaping up much better. While an isolated shower or thunderstorm can't be ruled out late Saturday, most of the day will be dry with a mix of sunshine and warm temperatures. Sunday and Monday look especially pleasant with abundant sunshine, low rain chances and highs in the upper 80s.
Another chance for scattered afternoon and evening thunderstorms returns Tuesday before temperatures ease back into the lower 80s by the middle of next week.
