An urgent search is underway in Milford for a missing 24-year-old man.
Kellen Neely's family says he is very vulnerable and is without his medication. They say he may be confused or disoriented.
Family members say Neely left home without his phone, money or identification.
Neely is described as 5-foot-9 with long brown hair.
He was last seen wearing glasses, a light blue T-shirt, a dark blue zip-up hoodie, white basketball shorts and dark sneakers.
Anyone who sees Neely is urged to contact police immediately.
