A cold front will bring a chance of rain on Thursday. But before that arrives, it will feel warmer and much more humid.

The clouds will collect heading into the morning hours, with low temperatures in the upper 60s to about 70 degrees. Patchy fog is also possible with a light southerly wind. The morning commute looks dry, but the late afternoon and evening ones may feature a few scattered showers. Temperatures will rise into the lower 80s in the afternoon.

The rain showers will clear out before Friday morning rolls around. Gradual clearing will take place with temperatures in the upper 60s. By the afternoon, drier and more comfortable conditions will settle back in. The humidity level will drop, but temperatures will still climb to about 80 degrees.

It will feel like fall going into the weekend. Saturday will feel very chilly with temperatures only in the upper 60s. Rain chances return heading into Sunday. Some of that rain may be heavy. Flash flooding may be a risk again. It will feel more humid with temperatures back in the 70s.

Depending on how the weather pattern evolves for next week, with the front nearby, there may be a chance to see more rain. The current forecast trend is looking a little drier than earlier forecasts but is still subject to change. Stay with News 12 for more updates.
