Police say a man is facing charges after a fatal stabbing on Simpson Street last week.
They say 28-year-old Matthew Rivera stabbed 41-year-old Richard Romano as he was riding his bike on Simpson Street last Wednesday.
Police say they responded to a 911 call for an assault and discovered Romano lying face down with two stab wounds to his chest.
He was transported to Lincoln Hospital where he was pronounced dead. 
Rivera is facing manslaughter and criminal weapons charges.
