Stamford police say they arrested a second teen in connection with a BB gun attack. Police say several children were shot at while playing in the park behind Westover Elementary School last Sunday.

Stamford police say they arrested a second teen in connection with a BB gun attack.
Police say several children were shot at while playing in the park behind Westover Elementary School last Sunday.
One teen had already been charged and police say they expect to make a third arrest.
No one was seriously hurt.
