Three women from New York were arraigned Monday on charges they stole from two clothing stores in New Canaan.
Jasmin Ana Yalley, 19, Kristie Bonfield, 24, and Shana Mcleod, 23, are accused of shoplifting at Rugby and J. Crew Sunday afternoon. New Canaan police say the three entered the Rugby store with large bags a little after 3 p.m. They then moved on to the second store.
Authorities say they?re looking into whether the women have a history of shoplifting because they?ve seen other incidents at Rugby and Ralph Lauren.
The three are each being held on $5,000 bond.
