Two brothers in Stamford are facing numerous charges following the seizure of multiple 3D-printed guns and ammunition – part of an ongoing firearms investigation, police say.

Multiple search warrants were executed Wednesday for Shadair Hall-McBean, his vehicle and his home on Amelia Place. Police say Hall-McBean and his brother Shamel Hall did not comply with officers and delayed exiting the residence.

Both were taken into custody and charged with interfering with search warrant.

Among the items seized by police from the home included four 3D-printed Glock-style handguns frames, a 3D-printer with printer parts, a 3D-printed 10mm high-capacity magazine, 102 grams of marijuana and hundreds of rounds of ammunition.

When officers searched Hall-McBean's vehicle, which is registered to his brother, they found a 3D-printed 9mm ghost gun loaded with 10 rounds.

Police say Hall-McBean admitted in an interview after his arrest that he owned the firearm.

He faces numerous charges including criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of ammunition and illegal possession of a high-capacity magazine. He appeared in court Thursday.

Along with the charge for interfering with search warrant, Hall also faces three counts of illegal possession of a high-capacity magazine. He is expected to appear in court on Dec. 3.
