True crime podcast episode centers on Bridgeport cold case

A Norwalk police narcotics investigation led to the arrest of a city man Monday after officers seized crack cocaine, heroin and cash during an operation targeting illegal drug sales.

Police arrested a 40-year-old man of Norwalk, Maurice Pickett, with four outstanding warrants charging him with the possession and sale of controlled substances, as well as one outstanding warrant for Violation of Probation.

The Special Services Division seized crack cocaine, heroin, and U.S. currency.

Police remain investigating and arresting individuals involved in the distribution of illegal narcotics.
