Police say a 6 year-old boy was hit by a vehicle yesterday afternoon shortly before 4 p.m. on Seaview Avenue in Norwalk.
They say they found the boy on a sidewalk and provided emergency aid before transporting him to Norwalk Hospital.
Police say the driver was traveling eastbound on Seaview Avenue when the child ran across the road and was struck.
The driver remained on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
