Interstate 95 southbound in West Haven has been reopened after atractor trailer crash forced the closure of the entire side of thehighway. Tuesday's accident happened at about 5 a.m. between exits 42 and41 and snarled the morning commute. Troopers had to redirectmotorists onto Route 1 and back on the highway near exit 41. Witnesses say it appears a tractor trailer collided with anothertruck. State transportation and environmental officials were at the scene to clean up a diesel fuel spill. State police say one of the truck drivers suffered a minorinjury. Troopers are investigating what caused the accident.AP wire services contributed to this report.
