The Bridgeport Health Department closed down a child care center after a main line clogged up, backing waste into the building.
Officials say that classes at the Action for Bridgeport Community Development, or ABCD, will likely remain canceled until Friday.
Parents of the 324 children who attend the day care will have to find another way for their kids to be taken care of.
This isn't the first time an order to close the facility has been issued. In 2012, a leaky roof sent water rushing into classrooms.
The child care center is housed in the Hall Neighborhood House, which owns the building.
Its director wouldn't talk on camera to News 12, but says he will meet with ABCD so that both sides are on the same page when it comes to proper maintenance.
