Adults in Connecticut will legally be allowed to grow cannabis in their homes starting Saturday.
Adults can grow up to three mature plants and three immature plants.
The plants will need to be away from kids, pets and anyone else who shouldn't have access to them.
The Department of Consumer Protection says cannabis plants can only be grown indoors in a secured area and reminded people 21 and older to do so responsibly.
