2ds agoAll charges against the New Haven man seriously injured in police custody have been dropped.
Randy Cox was partially paralyzed on June 19 while being transported in a police van.
Cox wasn't wearing a seatbelt, and the van braked hard - sending him flying headfirst into the back of the van.
Originally, Cox was facing charges for breach of peace, threatening and criminal possession of a firearm.
A lawsuit was recently filed against the officers involved.
