Tuna salad sold as chicken salad in Whole Foods stores in several states, including Connecticut, has been recalled.
The company Willow Tree Poultry Farm is recalling around 440 pounds of tuna salad products for mislabeling.
The product was mislabeled as chicken salad. Tuna, a known allergen, was not listed on the label.
The plastic containers of "buffalo style chicken salad" were sold at Whole Foods throughout Connecticut, New Jersey and New York.
