Fairfield-based Save the Children is getting some all-star help in getting kids to stay fit during the pandemic.

Legendary athletes, including Greenwich native and Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young, are sharing their home workouts on Instagram to inspire kids to stay fit during quarantine.

The online campaign SaveWithSports features kid-friendly drills, fitness tips and pointers from some of the world's greatest.
Gold medal Olympian Shawn Johnson East, world champion boxer Sugar Ray Leonard and World of Dance judge Derek Hough are just a few providing kids unique ways to keep their brains and bodies active while schools, gyms and playgrounds are closed.

Senior advisor of Save the Children, Ettore Rossetti says this campaign aims to help the physical, mental and physiological health of the nearly 1.5 billion kids they say are out of school.

The campaign is adding more athletes and hoping to have every sport represented on their Instagram page. They're also using #SAVEWITHSPORTS to raise money for Save the Children's Coronavirus Response Fund.
