Attorneys have agreed on a new date for the Bridgeport mayoral primary amid a ballot fraud case.

Attorneys for incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim and Democratic challenger John Gomes have set the date for Jan. 23, 2024.

A judge ordered the new primary between Ganim and Gomes after the ongoing ballot box scandal.
