The blaze started Saturday morning shortly before 3 a.m. in the lower level of the building and spread to the roof.

Stratford fire officials are still trying to determine the cause of Micalizzi's Stratford ice cream shop fire.
The blaze started Saturday morning shortly before 3 a.m. in the lower level of the building and spread to the roof.
Officials say no one was injured but there was heavy damage inside the building.
Bridgeport and Milford fire departments assisted in extinguishing the fire.
