Dr. Christine Jablonski, internist at the Orlando Health bone health and osteoporosis care program, recommends resistance training with lighter weights for those who suffer from osteoporosis.
If people are not getting enough Calcium and vitamin D in their diets, supplements can be critical to improve and maintain bone mass.
