Stamford police say a father has been arrested for sexually assaulting a young girl.
Police say Aziz el Hattab, 42, fondled a 12-year-old girl who is friends with his daughter.
Officers say the child was at the home for a sleepover.
They say the man's children were also in the room at the time of the alleged assault.
