Bank files to foreclose on New Canaan property Fotis Dulos was developing

Danbury Savings Bank has filed to foreclose on the New Canaan property Fotis Dulos was working on when his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos, disappeared back in May.
Investigators had previously searched the property in connection to the missing persons case.
In court documents filed Monday, the bank says Fotis Dulos and his company, Fore Group, are responsible for a $2.8 million note.
Jennifer Dulos' mother-in-law Gloria Farber is also foreclosing on the Farmington home where he lives.
Fotis Dulos and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis are charged with evidence tampering and hindering the prosecution in the case involving Jennifer Dulos’ disappearance.
