Two high-achieving Bronx students will go to Massachusetts for a program designed to aid students interested in medical fields.
Tyra Williams and Nadeje Tuitt , both 11th-grade students, are the first students from the Bronx School for Law, Government and Justice to be nominated for the Congress of Future Medical Leaders.
The assistant principal says the students are proof that hard work pays off.
"They have intrinsic motivation to do well," says Lyne Turnbull. "They work really hard."
