Watching the weekend with the Sunday-Monday timeframe specifically for a winter storm that will be approaching Western CT. Still more questions than answers when it comes to the exact storm track. But the picture is becoming a little bit clearer each day as is usually the case with these storm systems.
Scenario 1 features the storm system far enough south and offshore that western CT sees some light to moderate snow; this snow would be very fluffy and like powder.
Scenario 2 would bring the storm closer and further north, allowing for heavy snow to move into portions of the state. This snow would still be a fluffier snow, but not as powdery as in scenario 1; however, there would be a lot to remove.
