Snow piles push Stratford to the limit as crews and residents dig out

It’s getting to the point where there’s just no place to put all the snow. Crews and residents are still clearing it.
"Got a lot of snow. Heavy snow. Hard to move even with the snowblower," said Dick Delibro.
After Monday's blizzard and all the snow this winter, he has had enough.
"I was tired after the first one, frankly. I'm not a skier. I don't like the cold. I'd rather be in Florida, frankly," said Delibro.
Tuesday morning at Stratford Academy, Public Works crews cleared school driveways and sidewalks after spending the past few days on the town's roadways.
"People don't really realize it. We have 800 streets here in Stratford. That's a lot of pavement," said Mayor David Chess.

With more snow on the way this week, Delibro says he'll just have to deal with it like everyone else.
"I guess I'm used to it. I just don't like it," said Delibro.
Mayor Chess reminds residents to clear their own sidewalks and driveways and not to dump snow in the street or risk a ticket.
