1h ago Body camera video has been released showing the moment a trooper's vehicle was struck by a driver in New Britain.
The crash happened Tuesday around 6 p.m. on Route 72 east.
State police say the officer's cruiser was in the left lane while he was outside investigating a crash.
Video shows two cars appearing to lose control, one coming to a screeching halt and the other smashing into the officer's car.
It is not yet known if anyone in those cars were injured.
