We've got one last taste of summer before falling into to cooler temperatures to open the fall season! We trend a lot drier heading into the weekend.
NOW: A nice brief warmup for your Thursday. Just about all of us will reach the low-80s for daytime highs. We can anticipate more sun with a break in the clouds by late morning in some areas, along with a light NE breeze.
NEW & NEXT: Right now, things are trending a lot drier for the next few days. We are still watching a secondary low-pressure system just south of us continue to shift more east and away from our area. The cooler, fall-like temperatures are holding off until next week. The weekend weather should dry out and clear up a touch, too. Sunday is the first day of fall and next week's temperatures will only reach the upper-60s and lower-70s.
POLLEN: Pollen levels are at a low to medium level for the next few days. Top allergens still are ragweed, sagebrush and grasses.
CLIMATE: Bridgeport normal temps: 75/60
FORECAST:
THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy, warmer. High 81.
FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy. High 74.
SATURDAY: Partly sunny. High 71.
SUNDAY: Partly sunny. High 69.
MONDAY: Mostly sunny. High 68.
