Bridgeport Hospital doctor warns of hypothermia and frostbite amid frigid freeze

People out in this bitter cold weather for an extended period of time have to be careful about frostbite and hypothermia.
Dr. Justin Cahill, chair of the emergency department at Bridgeport Hospital, says it can only take 30 minutes for your skin to feel the effects of the cold.
Dr. Cahill says people with poor circulation are more at risk.
He encourages people to wear hats, gloves and warm coats.
