A Bridgeport man was arrested in connection to an armed robbery and an assault in Norwalk after police in New York pulled him over for speeding, police say.

Bridgeport man accused of armed robbery, assault arrested after traffic stop in New York
A Bridgeport man was arrested in connection to an armed robbery and an assault in Norwalk after police in New York pulled him over for speeding, police say.
Carlye Moss, 22, was arrested and charged with robbery, assault, and violating probation.
Police say Moss and three other men robbed two men at gunpoint inside of Flax Hill Park in Norwalk on Sept 1.
According to police, Moss pistol whipped one of the victims in the head before stealing an $800 chain necklace from the victim.
On Sept. 27, New York State Police arrested Moss after he was pulled over for speeding in New Bedford, New York.
Moss waived extradition and was transported back to Norwalk and charged.
