The Bridgeport man accused of murdering his parents and dumping their bodies in Weston went before a judge today.
Kyle Navin was arrested last year for the deaths of Jeffrey and Jeanette Navin.
Defense attorneys informed the judge today that they're still conducting a psychiatric evaluation.
Jeffrey and Jeanette Navin disappeared from Easton in August 2015, and their remains weren't discovered until that October.
The arrest warrant says surveillance video shows Navin and his girlfriend buying bleach and trash bags at a Home Depot one day after his parents vanished.
He's due back in court in November.
