The Bridgeport man accused of murdering his parents and dumping their bodies in Weston rejected a plea deal today.
Prosecution was offering a maximum of 60 years in prison, with an option to argue for less, for Kyle Navin.
A trial is now set for February.
Navin is accused of shooting his parents, Jeffrey and Jeanette, and dumping their bodies in the woods back in 2015 in Weston.
Navin’s girlfriend, Jennifer Valiante, pleaded guilty to hindering prosecution.
She agreed to eight years in prison.
Her lawyer does not expect her to testify in Navin's trial.
