Milford police say a Bridgeport man is now the second person to face burglary and larceny charges for stealing 26 tons of aluminum from Olympic Steel Company.
Officers say 36-year-old Ramon Penali-Villar turned himself in on Tuesday.
They say Penali-Villar stole from the business in November, along with Eddy Ramirez, of Stratford.
Ramirez was arrested for the crime in January.
Police say they were able to recover all of the stolen aluminum.
